Berry Bliss Balls

Looking for something quick, healthy and made with real food (and a craving for muffins), I decided to try my hand at whipping up some easy bliss balls. And, not that I ever doubted myself, but they turned out amazing. Have you been keeping to your new year’s resolutions? at just 100 calories a pop, these berry bliss balls will help you keep your resolutions while also curing your sweet tooth cravings.

have you been keeping to your new year’s resolutions? at just 100 calories a pop, these berry snack will help you keep your resolutions while also curing your sweet tooth cravings. They are easy, naturally sweet, bliss balls, or energy balls as they say, can be made ahead for the whole week. In fact, I have made a batch for this week already and they’re sitting in the fridge ready to eat when the cravings hit.

These uber healthy little balls are full of goodness from three ingredients – fresh blueberries, shredded coconut, and cashew butter. Thazzzz it. Pretty much like the healthiest balls ever, right?! And perfect for your friends too (if you ever do wanna share them).
