Braided Bread

I make fresh bread on weekly basis but I have been experimenting and trying out different recipes that I can start adding to my collection. One of my first memories related to baking was a demonstration conducted at my kindergarten where bread dough was shaped into braids. The whole experience blew my five year-old mind blown. So I am soooo excited to finally share this vegan braided bread recipe! I’ve been trying to get this dough thing pretty much since christmas!

Homemade bread is so magical. It tastes great, and making it can be a special activity you do with your family. But a lot of people feel intimidated by making their own bread because it is kind of a process. This braided bread is a delicious and gorgeous homemade bread that looks as good as it tastes. When I first took it out of the oven, all I wanted was to look at this beautifully braided bread with a shiny crust. It looked so pretty, too pretty to be eaten. I was under the spell of its magical aroma that took over my house. I wish I could find a way to bottle this aroma and let some out from time to time.

The loafs are braided like challah but are much smaller, and can be eaten on its own. Or you can slice it up for sandwiches, toasts, dip it in your favourite soup, eat it alongside your breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can do whatever you want with it and it will be good. With a sweetened golden top crust , you’re going to love this fluffy bread recipe.
