Stop everything you are doing, and sprint to the kitchen- This recipe for a no bake peanut butter caramel chocolate bar is a dessert game changer. Can we all raise a glass, er I mean bar, to these ooey, gooey and secretly healthy no bake peanut butter caramel chocolate bars! The only downside is that they’re even quicker to disappear. I mean caramel + peanut butter + chocolate. What’s not to love right?



There is just something about caramel that I love. Maybe it’s that the flavour is so unique and delicious or that it’s so creamy and smooth, but i could literally eat it all by itself. These vegan no bake peanut butter caramel chocolate bars are the perfect cross between a flapjack and millionaires shortbread. They are are high in protein, layered with gooey date caramel, and topped with decadent chocolate.



Who loves quick & easy dessert recipes? We are right at the part of the season where the temps keep me from wanting to bake. Which is why I love to make goodies that I can whip up without my oven. So, no judgment for eating two of these caramel bars … or two. Go ahead. promise. I support you.
