Peanut Butter Stuffed Buns

All these years I’ve been baking and I’ve never made or even tried peanut butter in bread! This vegan peanut butter stuffed buns is what happens when a peanut butter cookie dreams of being a breakfast bread. You just need a few common pantry ingredients, a heaping scoop of creamy peanut butter, a mixing bowl, and hour to get a delicious fresh baked rich, melt in your mouth, peanut buttery goodness. Yum!



These stuffed buns have an ingredient very dear to me which is peanut butter. It’s something that is pure comfort food for me. A big spoonful of peanut butter does wonders on a stressful day. The buns are light and airy and have a sticky peanut butter filling. They are not overly sweet as typical sticky buns.



This peanut butter stuffed buns are a delicious quick bread packed with tons of peanut butter flavour. Easy breakfast bread recipe with creamy peanut butter. This recipe was inspired by a Hong Kong-style peanut butter pastry. It consists of dough that's filled with peanut butter and sugar, then shaped into a roll and baked. The dough is usually made with a combination of flour, sugar, water, yeast, milk, and cream. Before baking, the bun is often brushed with sugar water in order to develop a nice glaze.
