I know we have discussed my obsession with pb + chocolate so you probably aren’t at all surprised that I would turn them into a dessert-like treat - snickers style! This snickers overnight chia oats is packed with protein and tastes like dessert, I don’t actually feel sinful eating it! The texture of this oatmeal recipe is unlike any you’ve eaten, thanks to a few cheeky additions. I don’t think there is any other combination that you can make me happier with. Perfection in a bowl! Of course the generous chocolate drizzle takes this creation to a near dessert-level.
Sweet recipes always do well for me. Whether they are with pb, fruit, chocolate or a combination of those. I once tried to eat only savoury breakfasts for a week and that wasn’t a success. I like having savoury breakfast now and then, but definitely not every day. I am more of a sweet person in the morning. And imagine waking up and eating snickers for breakfast and being told ‘it’s healthy!’ i know, it is the dream.
