The smoothie bowl of all smoothie bowls – topped with lots of colour, texture and flavours! Not too much to say about this one, except that it’s delicious! I love plums for a variety of reasons — their balanced sweet & tart flavour, their amazing colour, their refreshing taste, great nutritional specs, and most importantly their pairing with warmer flavours — something I naturally get drawn to more and more as summer ends. Maybe some of you didn’t think of making smoothie bowl using plums and believe me, you should as it’s so good! And makes a perfect healthy breakfast too! I’ve been all into cooking/baking/eating with seasonal ingredients and I truly believe it’s the best way to eat and use what the nature gives us.
Plums are low in fat and rich in many minerals and vitamins.
