It’s not even November yet and I have already gone through 2 pumpkins and 5 cans of puree. Things are getting serious in here.. Also, since the holidays are just around the corner, I wanted to kick up my dinner rolls a notch for the holidays. What better way to do so than with pumpkin?! This super easy vegan wholemeal pumpkin dinner rolls is a new twist on your favourite dinner rolls!
Fall is officially upon us, and these dinner rolls are great for making with kids (and adults!) they are so fluffy, so soft, and warm up perfectly and make a great centrepiece for a party! Wouldn’t they be absolutely amazing for breakfast with some butter, jam, or even peanut butter with jelly? And, of course, a big cup of tea or coffee. Ah, someone please stop me from eating!
