Have you ever found yourself wondering how to make ramen better? Obviously, ramen is already a great thing. But, in my opinion, one possible answer to that question is creating a broth loaded with kimchi and miso, two of the most warming foods - perfect for chilly evenings!

This kimchi miso ramen recipe has the smokiness and umami of miso and the bright pungent funk from kimchi. This dish can be ready in right under 30 minutes and is pure comfort. You don’t need the instant powdered ramen, and you can make your own vegan kimchi ramen using real food. It’s not that much harder, and so much better!

This chocolate strawberry crumble cake aka maulwurfkuchen (German mole cake) is a single serve, vegan, healthier twist on a traditional German cake. This recipe is both a cake and a crumble, which is why I have included both in the name of this dessert/breakfast.

Loaded with fresh sweet strawberries and chocolate, this delicious recipe is the perfect excuse to have cake for breakfast! The best part of this crumble cake is the amazing flavour combination of the strawberries and chocolate. I long to live in a world where it’s socially acceptable to eat cake for breakfast.

Risotto is the perfect date night food, and this pumpkin risotto recipe is packed with comforting fall flavours thanks to the pumpkin-infused vegetable broth and the creamy arborio rice. Rich and creamy with hints of pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg, you will love the cheesy flavour that the nutritional yeast gives it.

Fall means it's time for all the pumpkin recipes! This pumpkin risotto recipe puts a fall twist on your favourite date night dish. I really, really like savoury pumpkin dishes. Sure, it’s great as pumpkin pie… but pumpkin risotto--now that’s something special. Plus this dish is incredibly easy to make, has an amazing depth of flavour, and just seems fancier than other side options.
