With only 8 ingredients these bars are vegan, gluten-free, and naturally sweetened with dates. These fudgy and beautiful vegan no bake chocolate coconut date bars are made with simple, wholesome ingredients, and this version is naturally nut-free! My original plan for these bars was to make them vegan no bake blondies but the chocolate layer on top was totally throwing me off (not typical for blondies) and they tasted too good to change, so dates bars it is!

These vegan date bars have no added sugar, no added oil, and are packed with protein and healthy fats! They are also whole food plant-based (WFPB) and the chocolate coating can easily be omitted for those looking to avoid it, and replaced with cacao nibs for a more natural chocolate addition.

I totally recommend making these bars if you enjoy chocolatey delicious treats that take minutes to make. I love making these ahead of time and eating them when I need a snack or am craving something sweet. I mean, who doesn’t?

This vegan chocolate marble bread recipe gives you incredibly soft and fluffy bread that’s lightly sweetened and tastes absolutely incredible. But the thing that steals the show when it comes to this bread is the beautiful chocolate swirls that give it a beautiful, marbled effect! I’ve never met someone that saw this bread and didn’t comment on how beautiful it looks! What’s best is that you don’t need a fancy bread machine to make this at home. It’s incredibly easy to make and will give you bread that you won’t be able to forget!

As you can imagine, the first thing that catches our attention is the inner chocolate laminate. Very thin layers of chocolate are drawn between a soft and super fluffy crumb. To achieve this laminate, the first thing we have to do is to prepare a chocolate sheet and refrigerate it. To achieve this laminate, we will have to work the dough in the same way we do with puff pastry where we will make folds. Once we have our dough perfectly laminated, we will give it the look we want. In my case, I have chosen to make a braid of 4 strips.

This loaf is delicious right out of the oven and tastes beautiful with some butter spread and a cup of tea or coffee.

For all you tofu novices and tofu lovers alike, I give you this vegan teriyaki tofu recipe. If you have someone in the family who needs some convincing on tofu deliciousness, serve them teriyaki tofu and there’ll be no turning back! Tofu is a great source of good-quality vegan protein. Among other tofu recipes, this one is definitely one of my favourites. It is super flavourful and delicious, as well as really easy to prepare.

Tofu is great, but it can be a little hard to get used to its flavor, especially if you don’t know how to cook it. But with this teriyaki tofu, you won’t have to worry about that ever again!

In fact, it is ready in just 25 minutes with only 10 ingredients. My favorite part about this dish is the flavour profile from the teriyaki tofu marinade.

There is endless depth to this recipe. Once cooked, the tofu’s texture becomes the perfect amount of crispy – all in all, trying this classic Asian recipe is a must! there is a lot to love about this teriyaki tofu. It’s packed with flavour: salty and a little sweet, and it comes together super fast. Crispy tofu nuggets are baked (not fried!) and smothered in sticky sweet and savoury teriyaki sauce. Serve with rice and steamed veggies, and topped with sesame seeds and green onion, it’s a satisfying, easy, and flavourful option for a knock-your-socks-off vegan meal.
